Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)
Eligibility: We accept return/exchange of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
Process: To be eligible for a return/exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Unboxing Video: A video of the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it's opened and revealing the product. This will serve as additional evidence of the product's condition upon arrival.
2. Inner Contact (Received Product Image): Images of the product you received, highlighting any visible damage or issues. Please capture the product from multiple angles to provide a comprehensive view.
3. Post Shipped Image: A clear picture of the parcel in its current condition, showing any external damage or discrepancies.
4. Label Image: A picture of the shipping label on the package, which should clearly display all relevant information such as tracking numbers and shipping details.
Please ensure that these images and video are clear and well-documented to help expedite the return & exchange process. Keeping this evidence concise and well-organized will help facilitate the return process efficiently.
Shipping Cost : Customers won’t be charged separately for return shipping if they’ve already paid for the initial shipping. There will be no additional fees like restocking charges when they return a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nivon.in
Exchanges (if applicable)

Same Item Exchange: If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item based on our exchange policy. You will be notified once the exchange item is on its way. You can exchange a product once. However, if the exchanged product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer another exchange to ensure you receive a product in perfect condition.

Out of Stock: If the item requested for exchange is out of stock, you may choose a refund or select a different item of equivalent value.
Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items like gift cards and specific personal care products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please check the product page for more details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
